Jenny Harris is our cook and baker behind the scenes at The Station. She got her start with vegetarian cooking at the Moosewood in Ithaca NY where she worked every role in the restaurant. After that she spent years in Philadelphia restaurant kitchens like the White Dog Cafe and Tria as line cook, pastry chef, fromager and sous chef.
The Spring Soirée menu is inspired by early season fresh ingredients. $65 per person |

POP UP DINNER
Saturday, August 24th 2019at 7pm Summer Italian al Fresco: Merchantville's own Jolynn Deloach and Chef Justin Lingl will collaborate again to prepare an Italian inspired menu highlighting the best of late Summer's vegetables. Join us outdoors for a four-course meal featuring a selection of antipasti, handmade pasta, pizza al taglio and dessert. This meal will be vegetarian and BYOB. $55 per person (tax/gratuity included). POP UP DINNER
Saturday, June 8th at 7pm for an al fresco Middle-Eastern inspired dinner, outside on our patio. The meal will draw influence from across the middle east highlighting the distinct flavors of the region. Chefs Justin Lingl (Root Catering) and Matt Moon (Ristorante Alba, formerly Talula's Table and Django) will collaborate and serve a multi course meal perfect to be shared and enjoyed oudoors.
